Refund policy


We get it—online shopping is difficult. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a full refund (for full priced items) or a store credit if a return is initiated within 14 days of delivery. To initiate your return, please email customercare@mommalovesyou.com. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or items bought on sale or with discount codes.

 

To ensure a successful return:

-Try on your swimsuit over underwear.

- Items must be returned unworn, in the original packaging, and with the hygiene liner in its original condition.

-Swimwear must be returned with the MOMMA hangtag still attached.

- Please return your items using the prepaid shipping label provided by customer service.

Once we receive your items, we will send an email confirming your package has been processed, and you will receive your store credit (for exchanges) or refund (for returns) within 3-5 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse any items that have been soiled or tampered with (this includes, but is not limited to, any odd smells or makeup stains).

Although we do our best to ensure this never happens, if you receive a defective garment, please email customercare@mommalovesyou.com for assistance.

Domestic Returns

For store credit: Prepaid shipping label provided from customer service free of charge.

For refund: Prepaid shipping label provided and will be deducted from refund.

 

International Returns

International Customers may use the courrier of their choice for store credit or refund.
